Salesforce App Builder Review

Image
Time I studied for 2 weeks before taking the test. I wanted to take it on April 30th, the last day of April. Why App Builder? Work and personal pick related. I failed the PD2 twice and decided to take a break. I'm going to wait for the PD2 test to update itself. The PD2 went from a passing cutoff of 62% to 70%. I wish I took it sooner before they made it more difficult. I heard the App Builder was easier and needed a confidence boost. Work also likes it and that was my next pick anyway. It also seems to be in high demand like the PD1 and Admin. Resources Superbadges. The App Builder has three superbadges. I got the Process Automation and Security Specialist superbadge. I didn't get to App Customization. Focusonforce.com Notecards Difficulty This one felt the same as Admin. I got 1% better on Admin then App Builder.

Totally Debt Free

On April 24 I paid off my Dodge Dart. I got the Dart back in January 2017 out of necessity. Someone rear-ended my 2003 Black Dodge Neon and it was totaled. The loan from US Bank was around $9,882 and I put 2K down on the car. So the Dart came out to be $11,882. $32,200 Student Loans $11,882 Car Loan ________________________ $44,082 Paid off Its pretty crazy to owe $44K as a 22-year old. I think everyone should take debt seriously and pay it off ASAP. It hinders your financial power when you have to worry about a $500 payment here, a $180 payment there... What would happen if you had that money every month? What happens if you get sick, laid off, a recession hits, etc. May 5, 2018 is when I graduated from Baldwin Wallace University with a software engineering degree. Did it pay off? I'd say so. Having a degree lets you work at places that require one. My last place of employment required a degree, no exceptions. Without that experience, I wouldn't have landed my BEST

CCDC Midwest Regionals Review

On March 14, 2020 University of Akron placed 6th out of 9 teams at the Midwest Regional CCDC. Akron placed 3rd during Wildcards and was knocked out of Regionals by 1 spot. Two 1st Place State teams in the Region quit last minute, making room for Akron to compete in their place. Since Akron was notified Thursday at 12pm (Have to leave Akron at 4:30pm to make it to Chicago at a reasonable time), most of the team members had work duties and did not take time off. The Firewall Admin Amanda was the only Akron person who could leave on short notice. Teams that participated were: DePaul University IL (1st) IndianaTech IN (3rd) Purdue University IN Baker College Flint MI Pine Technical & Community College MN (4th) St. Cloud State University MN Baldwin Wallace University OH (2nd) University of Akron OH (6th) University of Wisconsin-Stout WI Missing 1st Place Kentucky NKU and Southeast Missouri Personal Writeup: I've been doing CCDC for 4 years now.
